My client is a true leader in the field of HVAC equipment operating with a presence both in the UK and worldwide.  Due to continued growth and a company re-structure, my client is looking for a Senior UK Sales Executive to develop the business and expand on new opportunities emerging in the UK.

THE ROLE

Working as a Senior UK Sales Executive, this will be a varied sales role where you will be based from home and covering the UK and on some occasions Europe.

You will be required to further develop an already successful framework to expand on the new opportunities that are emerging within the UK market. 

My clients systems have a proven reliability for fuel savings and reductions in emissions for industrial and commercial boiler plant.

Your role will involve developing business from an already enviable client base in the UK and worldwide along with conducting new business development.  This will involve OEMs, End Users, Local Authorities, Consultants and M&amp;E Contractors.

THE CANDIDATE

In order to be considered for this role you must possess a demonstrable track record within sales and new business development.

Ideally you will possess a relevant electrical qualification (HNC minimum) and a thorough understanding of control theory.

A solid grounding of combustion equipment and boiler/burner control systems will be a distinct advantage.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess a technical aptitude along with the ability to present at management level.

The Role

Responsibility for the profitable service delivery of M&amp;E and FM contracts with in the SE Region.
Budget control and forecasting of this £10 -15 million base business.

Key Accountabilities:

	Operational control for all support services within the Region including the strategic management of the Regional help desk, Regional Administration, Regional Health &amp; Safety issues, Quality Assurance, Central Procurement.
	To manage the contract in an efficient and effective manner to meet the requirements of the clients management and employees. 
	Manage set term financial targets including reporting of financial status with full P &amp; L accountability for contract. 
	Attend regular meetings with the client to discuss and appraise the performance of contract. 
	Provide cost proposals and recommendations for capital projects, plant replacement and improvements. 
	To manage perform and verify all work associated with the operation, maintenance and refurbishment of engineering services. 
	To respond to the client requests for project work by initiating discussions to identify and accurately document requirements.

Management Experience/Technical Skills / Knowledge

	Ideally to have completed appropriate training e.g. ONC/HNC in Building Services Engineering, with a recognised apprenticeship and/or appropriate City &amp; Guilds qualification. Member of appropriate institute is desired. 
	At least 5 years managerial experience within a Building Services environment. 
	H.V.A.C &amp; Health &amp; Safety principal and to have a full, comprehensive knowledge of the standard engineering specification. 
	To have good mechanical and electrical knowledge
	Business and personnel skills and the ability to recruit, retain and develop. 
	Computer literate and good understanding/ conversant with Q.A.

	Individuals must have a high level of energy and commitment. 
	Individuals must have a stable personality and be able to work in a busy and often stressful environment.

An opportunity has arisen for a principal medical officer to work at our Barnwood office. The key purpose of this role is to provide professional leadership of the Occupational Health provision promoting the general health and fitness for work for the workforce. This will involve coordinating the activities of the Occupational Health Advisors based on Existing Nuclear sites in addition to directly managing those at Barnwood and East Kilbride. 

Key responsibilities:
	set the strategy for Occupational Health in Existing Nuclear
	resource the Occupational Health function by a combination of employed resource, retained resource and supply chain, in conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer
	manage the activities of the Occupational Health teams at Barnwood and East Kilbride, and provide leadership and professional guidance and support to the Occupational Health teams on other Existing Nuclear sites
	provide medical advice to the Company and individuals on individual health care issues
	support Existing Nuclear activities with relevant advice and guidance including on emergency response and business continuity
	provide advice and support in cases of emergency including radiological incidents
	support health promotion initiatives as developed by the sites

Qualifications and experience:
	educated to degree level in medicine (MD or equivalent)
	Occupational Health qualification
	evidence of continual professional development
	extensive clinical experience in Occupational Health plus experience of medicine related to the nuclear industry
	extensive management experience
	experience in operating independently and exercising own judgement

Technical and commercial knowledge and skills:
	knowledge of applicable National, and local laws, regulations, and other regulatory requirements affecting occupational health provisions
	knowledge of the electricity supply and utility sector would be an advantage
	excellent communication and interpersonal skills
	ability to operate with credibility at senior levels of the organisation and to be highly collaborative in approach with business and HR stakeholders
	consultancy/coaching skills
	strong business and financial awareness/knowledge of operational management issues
	ability to quickly build relationships and develop rapport with new people
